On December 2 the Institute released its 2010 program announcement for the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Program.  Phase I awards of up to $100,000 and Fast-track awards of up to $850,000 will be provided for the research and development of education technology products to either improve student learning or to improve teacher practices.
